On October 4, 2012, Georgetown University’s Institute for the Study of International Migration ‎‎(ISIM) hosted a book launch for the CIRS edited volume on Migrant Labor in the Persian Gulf by ‎Mehran Kamrava and Zahra Babar (Columbia University Press/Hurst, 2012).
